There is no two way about it; the mind controls us. How we think, what we do, how we act or react and how we feel. It is amazing yet frightening. We can overcome monumental obstacles or be deathly afraid the littlest of insects.

What our mind does, our body and our spirit follows. But the great thing about the mind is that it can change. It takes some time but it can believe the exact opposite of what it had been thinking this whole time.
Mind wellness is thinking in the positive. Thinking without stress. Knowing there are bad things in life but seeing the good in everything.
It is about being grateful for what we have in our life and passing that on to others. Doing things that make you happy as well as others. Showing kindness and compassion. All this comes from our minds.
