The have balance. In their mind, with their spirit and ultimately, with their bodies. It all goes hand in hand. When all is good, the balance is there but when there is an imbalance in one aspect, it affects the others.


When we allow stress and every day negativity weigh on us, it first affects us in our mind as we think of it constantly; then trickling to our spirit as we are in the negative rather than the positive; and lastly, it shows in how we start to neglect our body with the needed nourishment and exercise.


Life is not always easy but making the choice to not allow those every day stress and negativity affect us and allow us to live a healthy and balance life can make a huge difference on how you feel and how you look.


Making a change in how you treat your body can increase your energy level, which will affect how your mind works and eventually, with the commitment you make to yourself, your accomplishments will boost your spirit.
